1. Scope
This policy covers paid subscriptions and one-off credit packs purchased on AnimeGen. Pricing is shown in your billing currency on the pricing page and at checkout.
2. Subscription refunds
If you cancel your subscription within seven (7) days of the initial payment and have consumed less than 20% of the included monthly credits, you may request a full refund. After this window, refunds are not provided for the remainder of the current billing cycle, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.
3. Credit pack refunds
One-off credit packs are non-refundable once any credits in the pack have been consumed. Unused packs may be refunded within seven (7) days of purchase. Bonus credits awarded as part of promotions are not refundable.
4. Failed or stuck generations
If a generation fails due to a system error attributable to AnimeGen or our model providers, the consumed credits will be automatically returned to your balance. No refund request is needed in those cases.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks issued without prior contact may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
6. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] from the address associated with your account, including your order ID, the date of purchase, and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within five (5) business days.
7. Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights you may have under your local law. Where mandatory local protections grant broader refund rights, those will apply.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of payment.
