You retain rights to the prompts you submit and, subject to the underlying model's terms and applicable law, to the generated outputs. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and uploaded references do not infringe third-party rights.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AnimeGen to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, fraudulent, or that targets any individual without consent. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
5. Credits and payments
Some features consume credits. Credits are debited per generation and prepaid via subscription plans or top-up packs. Pricing and credit costs may change; we will display the current cost before each generation.
6. Third-party services
Generations are produced through third-party model providers. Their availability, latency, and content policies may affect your experience. Outages or content rejections by upstream providers are outside our direct control.
7. Intellectual property
AnimeGen branding, source code, and product designs are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or repackage the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generations will be accurate, suitable for any particular purpose, or free from errors.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnimeGen and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
